Bridgeway Psychiatry provides evaluation and medication management for adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and adjustment related disorder. Other mental health concerns may also be treated based on individual patient needs.

Bridgeway Psychiatry partners with a third-party platform, Headway, to provide in-network care for patients with Aetna and Cigna insurance plans. Patients using insurance must schedule through Headway, where eligibility, billing, copays, deductibles, and payments are securely managed.

A referral is not required to request an appointment with Bridgeway Psychiatry. Prospective patients may submit an appointment request directly through the website. If available, previous psychiatric or relevant medical records are encouraged, as they can provide helpful information when reviewing your history and planning your care. All appointment requests are reviewed to ensure Bridgeway Psychiatry is an appropriate fit for your needs before scheduling.

Bridgeway Psychiatry currently provides appointment through telehealth. In-person appointments may become available as the practice grows. Updates regarding in-person availability will be provided on the website.

Getting Started

Prescription refill requests should be submitted through the patient portal. Please allow up to three business days for refill requests to be reviewed. Some medications may require a follow-up appointment before a refill can be provided.

The patient portal is the preferred method of non-urgent questions, refill requests, and other concerns between appointments. Messages are reviewed during regular business hours, and a responses are usually provided within 1-2 days. For urgent or emergency concerns, please seek immediate assistance by calling 911 or going to your nearest emergency department.

Bridgeway Psychiatry’s regular appointment availability is currently on Fridays. Limited weekend appointments may be occasionally available on select days. Availability varies and is not guaranteed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without prior notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
Repeated late cancelations or missed appointments may affect the ability to schedule future appointments.
